Heff’s Burger Club is the brainchild of Heather and Justin Webster, Winston Salem locals with two decades of industry experience between them. Chef Justin Webster has spent the better part of a decade working in local restaurants, and has amassed a sizable following in the process. Heather (Heff) Webster, is a beloved and familiar face in town having been a bartender at numerous local haunts. 

The pair realized that Winston Salem was in need of a cool and locally owned restaurant, free from the pretense and pageantry often associated with farm to table food. Heff’s Burger Club focuses on using locally and ethically sourced ingredients, such as grass fed angus beef from Joyce Farms in Clemmons, or artisanal buns from Annie’s Bakery in Asheville. The pair believe that great food should be accessible to everyone regardless of social status, this sentiment is mirrored in their motto “Fine Food. No Fuss.”
